The service fee covers the initial diagnosis and system inspection.
- $85 – Residential service in Bryan/College Station
- $115 – Residential service in Brazos County outside city limits
- $185 – Residential service in Outside Counties up to 20 miles
A written repair estimate is available by request to the technician after diagnosis.
